On Nov. 26, 2016, former NFL tight end Konrad Reuland lost his life to a brain aneurysm. His heart and kidney were donated to Hall of Fame Major League Baseball player Rod Carew.

Brian Hoh, M.D., UF College of Medicine neurosurgery professor, discusses the toll brain aneurysms take on individuals, families and communities, and the work being done in his McKnight Brain Institute laboratory to find better treatments for this life-threatening condition.
