Congratulations to Dr. Todd Golde, Recipient of the 2014 COM Basic Science Research Award

Each year the College of Medicine presents the Clinical and Basic Science Research awards to two faculty members for outstanding achievement, research discovery, and productivity.  The Clinical Research Award is given to a researcher whose recent discovery(s) has made a significant impact on the delivery of patient care. The Basic Science Research Award is given to a researcher whose recent discovery(s) has contributed to the understanding of the fundamental underlying principles of biology and medicine.

Dr. Todd Golde was the recipient of the College of Medicine Basic Science Research award and was recognized last evening at the COM Faculty Appreciation Reception. Each awardee receives a $5,000 honorarium and a plaque.
