On Tuesday, July 30, UF Health was named one of four Parkinson’s Foundation Research Centers of Excellence, earning a $2 million award ($500,000 per year for four years) will provide funding to help researchers at the Norman Fixel Institute for Neurological Diseases at UF Health and Evelyn F. and William L. McKnight Brain Institute of the University of Florida jumpstart pilot projects and form new collaborations.
