UF neurocritical care experts author guiding articles in latest issue of Continuum

Katharina Busl, M.D., an associate professor of neurology and neurosurgery, served as guest editor for the October edition of the journal Continuum: Lifelong Learning in Neurology focused on neurocritical care. Busl is UF’s chief of neurocritical care.

The edition features three review articles authored by UF assistant professors of neurology and neurosurgery in the neurocritical care division: Carolina Maciel, M.D., — “Neurologic outcome prediction in the intensive care unit”; Michael Pizzi, D.O., — “Acute neurologic manifestations of respiratory viruses”; and Chris Robinson, D.O., — “Moderate and Severe Traumatic Brain Injury.”
