MBI core facilities use BookItLab to manage equipment scheduling and access. Researchers can view real-time equipment availability, reserve instrument time, and manage bookings from any computer or mobile device.
Accessing BookItLab
- Go to the MBI BookItLab portal.
- Log in with your GatorLink credentials.
- First-time users may need to request access to a specific core before scheduling equipment.
Scheduling Equipment
Once logged in, researchers can browse available instruments by core facility, check real-time availability, and reserve time slots directly through the calendar.
