Akoya PhenoImager HT

Description:

The Akoya PhenoImager HT (formerly Vectra Polaris) is a high-throughput imaging system capable of loading and scanning up to 80 slides with continuous slide loading. It supports brightfield imaging as well as multispectral fluorescence imaging with up to 7-color whole-slide scans and up to 9-color multispectral fields (DAPI + 6–8 markers). The system provides 10x, 20x, and 40x whole-slide magnification for advanced quantitative pathology and spatial phenotyping workflows.

Uses:

  • High-throughput whole-slide imaging for large studies requiring continuous scanning
  • Quantitative spatial phenotyping using multispectral fluorescence (up to 9 colors)
  • Whole-slide brightfield and fluorescence imaging at 10x, 20x, and 40x magnifications
  • High-content profiling of tissue microenvironments and cellular interactions
  • Multimodal imaging pipelines for translational and preclinical research
  • Ideal for marker-rich panels, including CODEX and multiplex immunofluorescence assays
