MBI opens new state-of-the-art labs

Newly renovated high-tech labs supporting cognitive aging and human MRI-based research are now up and running at the MBI.

A new Siemens 3T MRI/S scanner is part of extensive renovations at the McKnight Brain Institute. The state-of-the-art $3 million scanner that has the strongest gradients available for human imaging, advanced motion correction capabilities and increased scanning flexibility.
